River Corner

The 100 Towers Holding real estate fund has acquired the River Corner office building (formerly known as Lyra Office Building) in Prague 5’s Smichov neighborhood. The owner of the new 8,500 sqm building located near the Smíchov train station plans to modernize it in order to match current office standards. “We’re an active manager, not a passive fund and we revitalize all the buildings we acquire and raise the standards for tenants,” says 100 Towers Holding partner Karel Konečný. The 100 Towers Fund was set up in 2019 by Karel Konečný who are in charge of the workplace specialist Capexus, which will be opening a client showroom in the River Corner building. River Corner is the fund’s largest acquisition to date, having completed €30 million worth of acquisitions for buildings such as Táborská 31 and other properties in Prague, Ostrava, Plzeň and Hradec Králové.
