About Us
100 Towers Holding is a boutique real estate investment and asset management company headquartered in Prague. Its main goal is to invest in real estate projects on behalf of its financial partners participating as a co-investor in each transaction.
The company is represented by Daniel Matula and Karel Konečný, both members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS – an international organization associating more than 140.000 real estate experts from 146 countries). Its services and business approach are fully compliant with RICS standards.
Daniel’s and Karel’s professional experience includs positions within the agents, investor, transactional and development sector.
An experienced professional with knowledge from a number of renowned companies in the field of real estate, Daniel graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and studied real estate management at the Royal University in Stockholm. He worked for five years at KingSturge (JLL) in the investment and consulting departments and for six years at ERSTE Group Bank AG. In September 2013 he became a managing partner of CAPEXUS s.r.o. Since then, the company has continued to grow, both in the number of employees and the number of contracts.
Karel is an executive and partner at CAPEXUS. He was formerly an associate director in the investment department of DTZ and a member of the acquisition department of major regional developer HB Reavis, where he was responsible for the Czech Republic. Thanks to his previous work experience, Karel has broad-ranging knowledge of the commercial real estate market. He is primarily responsible for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, including overall expansion in the Central European region.
